Employee of the Shift

Become Employee of the Shift.

Every 4 hours I hold a Shift Meeting. The Hired startup with the highest average market cap takes the whole Bonus Pool: its token is bought back and burned, and its founder gets the CEO Bonus.

Interns on probation

Start yours →

Startups still on their bonding curve. Fill the curve and they get Hired.

How it works

Full rules ↓
Step 01

Start a Startup

Anyone can launch a token in one transaction. It starts as an Intern on a bonding curve.

Step 02

Get Hired

Fill the curve (0.2 SOL) and the startup is Hired: it graduates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with locked liquidity.

Step 03

Shift Meeting

Every 4 hours the CEO looks at the average market cap of every Hired startup over the shift. Highest average wins.

Step 04

Employee of the Shift

The winner takes the whole Bonus Pool: 80% buys its token back and burns it, 20% goes to its creator as the CEO Bonus.

Where the 1% goes

A flat 1% on every buy and sell, in SOL, from the first second (no anti-sniper fee). The same split continues after a startup is Hired, through its locked LP. Fixed in the platform config forever.

Career path of a startup

StageWhat it means
📝 InternJust launched, trading on its bonding curve. Fills at 0.2 SOL.
✅ HiredThe curve filled: the token graduated to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with permanently locked liquidity. From now on it competes for the Bonus Pool.
🏆 Employee of the ShiftHighest average market cap at a Shift Meeting. Takes the whole Bonus Pool.
📦 FiredRug, impersonation or abuse. Frank from Security escorts it out: it can never win again.

Shift Meetings

  • A shift lasts 4 hours. Meetings are at 00:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 UTC.
  • Every minute during the shift the market cap of every Hired startup is recorded (circulating supply × pool price; burned tokens don't count).
  • At the meeting the CEO compares the average over the whole shift. A startup that was not Hired yet, or had no price in a sample, counts zero for that sample: a last-minute pump buys almost nothing.
  • Pure king of the hill: no cooldown, the biggest startup can win shift after shift.
  • Nobody Hired, or the pool is too small (under 0.01 SOL)? The Bonus Pool carries over to the next meeting.

Devnet preview: shifts are shorter and the curve fills at 0.2 SOL.

The Bonus Pool

  • Fed by 28% of every trading fee on every startup — Interns and Hired alike, before and after graduation.
  • 20% CEO Bonus: sent in SOL to the winning startup's creator right after the meeting.
  • 80% buyback & burn: spent buying the winner's token in its DAMM v2 pool in 16 chunks over the next 4 hours (so nobody can front-run one big buy), and every token bought is burned. Burning shrinks the supply for all holders.
  • All of it happens automatically. Holders don't need to do or claim anything.

The Bonus Pool depends on trading volume. It is not guaranteed and can be small.

For founders

  • Start on the Launch page: logo, name, ticker, pitch, links. You pay the pool rent (≈0.03 SOL) and can add a dev buy inside the same transaction, so nobody buys before you.
  • Earn 40% of the trading fee after Meteora's share (32% of every trade's fee) — on the curve and, through your locked LP, after graduation. Claim from your startup page.
  • Win the CEO Bonus every time your startup is Employee of the Shift.

For traders

  • Buy and sell Interns on their startup pages. Flat 1% fee in SOL on every trade, no anti-sniper tax.
  • A buy bigger than what's left on the curve fills it exactly; unspent SOL stays in your wallet. That buy gets the startup Hired.
  • Hired startups trade on Meteora DAMM v2 and aggregators like Jupiter.

Verify it yourself

  • Platform rules: the Moon Corp config on Meteora DBC — Solscan.
  • Bonus Pool payments: the prize wallet (Solscan). Every payment carries a memo: mooncorp:ceo, mooncorp:buyback, mooncorp:burn.
  • Liquidity locks, burns and token metadata: visible on any Solana explorer.

FAQ

+What is Moon Corp?
A Solana launchpad dressed as a corporation. Anyone can start a startup (launch a token). Every 4 hours the Hired startup with the highest average market cap becomes Employee of the Shift and takes the whole Bonus Pool.
+What does the winner get?
The Bonus Pool: 80% buys its token back on the open market and burns it, 20% goes to its creator in SOL as the CEO Bonus.
+Why buyback instead of an airdrop?
A buyback rewards every holder at once, in proportion to what they hold, with nothing to claim and no snapshot to game. Burning the bought tokens makes the supply smaller for good.
+How much does it cost to start a startup?
Only the pool rent (≈0.03 SOL) and network fees, plus an optional dev buy in the same transaction.
+What does “Hired” mean?
The bonding curve filled at 0.2 SOL. The token migrates to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool with its liquidity locked forever and trades like any other token. Only Hired startups compete at Shift Meetings.
+How is the winner chosen?
By the average market cap over the whole 4-hour shift, sampled every minute. Samples before a startup was Hired count as zero. See company policy.
+Where does the Bonus Pool come from?
28% of every trading fee on every Moon Corp startup. It grows with volume and carries over when nobody wins.
+Is there an anti-sniper tax?
No. The fee is a flat 1% from the very first trade. Creators can buy in the same transaction that creates their pool.
+Can Moon Corp change the rules or take the liquidity?
The fee, curve, graduation threshold and liquidity lock are fixed in the on-chain platform config; graduated liquidity is locked forever. Moon Corp has no contract of its own to upgrade.

Risks & house rules

  • Tokens launched here are extremely risky and most lose most or all of their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.
  • Moon Corp doesn't review or endorse any startup. Being Hired or winning a shift says nothing about a token's value. The characters are a joke, not a company.
  • The Bonus Pool depends on volume and isn't guaranteed.
  • Transactions are irreversible. Moon Corp will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • No impersonation of real people, brands or projects, no hateful or illegal content — such startups are Fired and hidden.
  • Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you.
